Mike Kelly is an executive with more than four decades of broad financial and management experience including serving as Chief Financial officer of three Fortune 50 companies in the telecommunication, technology, government services and media industries, and a CEO of international operations with revenues exceeding $3 billion annually.
Mr. Kelly has successfully managed large complex organizations in industries including media, technology and financial services. He also has experience with smaller technology, media and not-for-profit organizations as well as in start-ups. Mr. Kelly’s experience and capabilities include strategic planning, organizational design and assessment, managing international operations, mergers and acquisitions as well as managing all aspects of financial operations. He also has extensive experience with capital raising and financing activities.
Mr. Kelly currently serves as an active private investor, strategic advisor and Board Member to several for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
Mr. Kelly is a graduate of Gettysburg College and is a member of the AICPA.
