Nicholas Iacono brings a broad skillset to bear for Torridon’s clients, drawing on experience as a corporate litigator, judicial clerk, and congressional staffer. After graduating from Georgetown Law, Nick began his legal career as a litigation associate at a leading multinational law firm in New York. There, he defended sophisticated clients in multibillion-dollar securities actions, regulatory investigations, and “bet-the-company” contractual disputes.
Before joining Torridon, Nick clerked for the Hon. Thomas M. Hardiman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, advising on a wide range of complex civil and criminal cases. Before law school, Nick served as a legislative aide and communications director for a U.S. Congressman and as the director of public relations for a large private school system.
Nick’s diverse experience across public relations, government, and trial and appellate practice enables him to understand clients’ needs from multiple perspectives and provide well-rounded legal representation.
